Huda Beauty Mercury Retrograde Eyeshadow Palette Product Review
Updated: Nov 19, 2019

It’s a love from outer space! Huda Beauty has just gone Retrograde with their latest inter-galactic inspired eye palette. It might just be the best eyeshadow palette the brand has released to date and that is saying something. What we especially adore about this latest carefully curated palette from an already impressive collection is that it’s filled with easy to use combinations.
It’s named after the chaotic celestial season that has even the most stable of us going all gaga and believe us, one look at this stunning collection and you will be obsessed.
Makeup looks that are from another galaxy
On the face of it the metallics might initially feel a bit #spaceoddity but trust us, they go on like a dream and there’s just the right balance between cool and warm tones so that you can create multi-dimensional and multi-reflective glow and shadow. If your preferred look is more angel than alien, keep it pared back and pretty with the buttery mattes.
For the more eclectic and expressive among you, experiment with 6 highly saturated creamy metallics alongside sheer shadows and electrifying pearls and silvers. With rosy pinks, dusty coppers and golden taupe tones to also play around with, you really do have infinite possibilities. If you’re short on inspo then head on over to the Huda Beauty site for all the details on how to create your own #spacecadet look!

In total you get 18 colours with a range of textures. Infinite looks. Endless possibilities.
For the best results, steadily build up your base using the matte shadows. Then select your favourite metallic shade and work in circular motion with a brush over the lids for that Mercury Retrograde finish. If you prefer a more extreme look, then add an extra pop of glitter powder on your finger and press right into the centre of your lid.
Are you ready to recreate makeup looks that will propel you to infinity and beyond!
